Withdrawal button

If you are a consumer in Argentina, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 10 business days of contracting, without cause or penalty, with a full refund of what you paid (Law 24.240, art. 34 and Res. 424/2020).

How to exercise it

1. Email us at team@gojan.app from your account email.
2. Include your name, the account email, and the date and amount of the charge.
3. Within 24 hours we confirm receipt with a request number.
4. We refund the amount to the same payment method, with no unjustified deductions.

Cancel a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing team@gojan.app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
