Refund Policy

Gojan is free. Today we charge nothing for the app, the coach or the trainer portal, so there are no payments to refund. Gojan is operated by Ondaform Labs LLC (30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA).

If a trainer charges you their fee, that payment happens outside Gojan and is settled directly with them: Gojan only lets them record whether you paid it.

If we ever charge for something, we will publish here how to request a refund before the first charge, and you will have your statutory withdrawal rights (in Argentina, 10 calendar days under Law 24.240).
