Freeletics says its AI adapts. Its users say it doesn't.
The promise is training that adjusts intensity to you. In Argentina, the most repeated review says the opposite: intensity doesn't adapt, and you have to pay to see the rest of the days.
Where it falls short
Freeletics was selling 'AI training' before everyone else said it, and it has real community behind it. The problem is that its central promise — that the AI adjusts difficulty to each person — is exactly what its own reviews question most: 'they don't adapt exercise intensity well' wrote one Argentine user, and another: 'you only get one training day, the rest of the days won't let you start' without paying. Selling adaptation and not delivering it is worse than never promising it.
Where they differ
How far the free tier goes
Freeletics: One day. An Argentine user described it this way: 'you only get one training day, the rest of the days won't let you start.'
Gojan: Gojan builds your whole week from day one, without cutting access to the second workout.
Whether the AI actually adjusts intensity
Freeletics: According to its own users, not always: 'they don't adapt exercise intensity well, few stretches... I haven't noticed any kind of improvement.'
Gojan: Gojan rewrites the session based on what happened in the last one: whether you skipped, struggled, or breezed through. The routine changes with you, not on a fixed schedule.
