Can you use Trainerize without a trainer?

According to the ABC Trainerize pricing page (checked on September 25, 2026), using the platform as a client costs nothing. What that page doesn't say is whether you can use it without a trainer.

What it does describe: a client gets the programs their coach assigns, workout tracking, messaging and habit tracking (and meal logging when enabled), and which features they see depends on their coach's plan. According to that same page, the plans are defined by the trainer's number of coaching clients. Its pricing page also lists an "AI Workout Builder" among the Grow plan's features (USD 9 a month, paid by the trainer); the page doesn't describe clients using it directly.

With Gojan nobody needs to assign you anything: the AI builds your routine and adjusts it from what you actually did. If you have a trainer, they define the program and the AI executes it between sessions.
