How much does Trainerize cost, and is there a free plan?

Trainerize charges the trainer, not the client. According to the ABC Trainerize pricing page (checked on September 25, 2026): the Basic plan is free and supports 1 coaching client; Grow costs USD 9 a month for 2 clients; Pro 5 starts at USD 23 a month with 5 clients and scales up to 200; Studio Plus starts at USD 248 a month, plus custom pricing, for 500 clients or more.

The free plan supports a single coaching client, so a trainer with more than one needs a paid plan. Clients, on the other hand, pay nothing to use the platform.
